The prisms feature a ±15 arcsec angular tolerance, which ensures consistent alignment for volume integration.

Laser Induced Damage Threshold (LIDT) ideal for Laser Optics applications

Manufactured from a fused silica substrate, TECHSPEC^® Nd:YAG Laser Line λ/20 UV Fused Silica Right Angle Prisms have an anti-reflective Nd:YAG coating with laser damage thresholds of 3 J/cm² at 266nm, 7.5 J/cm² at 355nm, 10 J/cm² at 532nm, and 15 J/cm² at 1064nm for minimized reflection at common laser wavelengths.
