Les Miroirs Optiques Plans de Précision TECHSPEC® sont un excellent choix pour une multitude d’applications, notamment l’interférométrie, les systèmes d'imagerie, les applications laser, le pliage de trajet optique et l’auto-collimation. Ces miroirs sont disponibles en plusieurs options de traitements et substrats, accompagnés d’options de planéité de surface de λ/10 et λ/20. La première option de substrat, le ZERODUR®, un céramique de verre teinté jaune, présente un coefficient d’expansion thermique extrêmement faible. Les Miroirs Optiques Plans de Précision TECHSPEC® sont un choix idéal pour les applications à températures extrèmes en tutilisant le substrat ZERODUR®. La seconde option, la silice fondue, est optiquement claire et présente une excellente résistance à l’abrasion ainsi qu'une longue durabilité, ce qui en fait un bon choix pour les applications en environnements difficiles.

Des Plans Étalons Optiques de Précision λ/10 et λ/20 TECHSPEC® sont disponibles pour les applications de tests et de mesures.
