Brief Summary

Under the direction of Senior HRBP, the HRBP will assist to maintain a smooth flow in the day-to-day operations of the company, primarily focused on ensuring that the employees’ needs and welfare are best met.

Authorities

  • Authorize to handle all the matters related to HR.

Responsibilities

  • Attendance checking for Direct Labour
  • Processing of payroll for Direct Labour – 3 shifts, computing bonuses and allowances, etc.
  • Leave system administrator for all staff
  • Insurance Administration
  • Employee benefits – drafting of memos and articles for employee recognition, assisting with insurance claims and renewal, etc.
  • Documenting and updating of Direct Labours’ salary
  • Staff locker administration.
  • Updating of notice board with the company’s newsletters and memos
  • Visitor registration
  • Handle on-boarding of new hires
  • Overall Training Administration – Internal and External ;ISO Audit, Training Plan, Records
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for turnover and work with line managers to identify actions plans for improvement where required
  • Liaison with educational institutions on internship
  • Assist confirmation appraisal & yearly performance appraisal exercise.
  • Assist employees with relations issues & queries.
  • Assist with hotel booking and transportation arrangements.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business or related disciplines
  • Candidates should possess computer knowledge skills such as MS office. Knowledge of HR/Payroll software such as Easypay, Easytime and SAP will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act will be advantageous
